I believe meaningful change doesn’t happen all at once—it happens one intentional step at a time.
Life has a way of bringing each of us to moments where we’re unsure of what comes next. Those moments can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. I’ve learned that having someone walk alongside you during those seasons can make all the difference.
That’s why I created Intentional Frequency.
I believe every person has the ability to create meaningful change. Sometimes what’s standing in the way isn’t a lack of potential—it’s a lack of clarity. My role isn’t to tell you what your next step should be. My role is to help you uncover what’s already within you so you can move forward with confidence. Those beliefs are rooted in the philosophy that guides every coaching conversation I have.
My Philosophy
I believe every person has an intentional purpose.
I believe there are no perfect people—only people who are learning, growing, and becoming through every success and every stumble.
I believe loving yourself is essential to creating healthy relationships, making intentional decisions, and living a balanced life.
I don’t believe people fit neatly into boxes, and I don’t believe their stories do either. Every person deserves to be seen as a whole person, not simply through one chapter of their life.
Most of all, I believe that when we reconnect with who we truly are, we begin living in alignment with our own intentional frequency—the place where we experience the greatest clarity, confidence, and peace..

A Perspective That Shaped Me
Living with congenital glaucoma has taught me that life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect.
From a very young age, I was told that one day I would lose my vision. Instead of allowing that possibility to define my life, it taught me to appreciate what I have, adapt to change, and continue moving forward—even when the path isn’t clear.
That perspective has become one of my greatest strengths as a coach.
It reminds me that every person faces challenges that aren’t always visible, and that growth often begins not when life becomes easier, but when we choose to move forward anyway.
I don’t coach from a place of having all the answers.
I coach from a place of resilience, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine belief that meaningful change is possible.
My Approach
I don’t believe my role is to tell you how to live your life.
I don’t believe the goal of coaching is for you to become dependent on me.
I believe the greatest transformation happens when you begin trusting yourself.
My role is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, challenged, and encouraged—a space where you can think out loud, discover your own answers, and build the clarity and confidence to take your next intentional step.
Together, we’ll explore what’s possible, celebrate your progress, and continue moving forward—one intentional step at a time.
A Personal Invitation
If you’re standing on the edge of change, wondering what comes next, know that you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, navigating a life transition, exploring a new business idea, or preparing for a new beginning, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you discover what’s possible.
Your next intentional step could begin with a single conversation.
I’m here when you’re ready!
