Who I Help

Intentional Frequency is for people who are standing on the edge of change, ready for something to shift, even if they’re not yet sure what that looks like.

You may know that something in your life needs to shift, but you may not yet know what that change should look like or how to begin. You may feel excited about what is possible, uncertain about what comes next, or caught between where you are and where you want to be.

Coaching gives you space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and identify the next step that feels right for you.

You May Be Ready for Coaching If You Are:

  • Feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next
  • Navigating a personal or professional transition
  • Considering a career change or new opportunity
  • Starting or growing a business
  • Working through an important decision
  • Rebuilding confidence after a difficult season
  • Struggling to follow through on goals or ideas
  • Questioning beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you
  • Seeking greater clarity, balance, or direction
  • Ready for change but unsure where to begin

You Do Not Have to Have Everything Figured Out

Many people believe they need to arrive at coaching with a clear goal or a complete plan.

You do not.

Sometimes the first step is simply recognizing that something no longer feels aligned.

Together, we can explore what is keeping you stuck, clarify what matters most to you, and identify intentional steps that help you move forward.

Coaching That Sees the Whole Person

I do not believe people fit neatly into boxes, and I do not believe their stories do either.

Your career, relationships, confidence, responsibilities, beliefs, and life experiences are often connected. Coaching allows us to look beyond one isolated challenge and consider the whole person behind it.

You will not be reduced to one problem, one role, or one chapter of your life.

You will be supported as a whole person who is capable of learning, growing, and making intentional choices.

You May Not Be Ready for Coaching If:

Coaching requires honesty, participation, and a willingness to take responsibility for your choices.

It may not be the right fit if you are looking for someone to make decisions for you, provide therapy, diagnose a condition, or do the work on your behalf.

When another type of professional support would better meet your needs, I will be honest about that and encourage you to seek the appropriate resource.

Your Next Step

You do not need to know exactly where coaching will lead before you begin.

You only need to be willing to explore what is possible.

If you are standing on the edge of change and ready to gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward, your next intentional step can begin with a conversation.
